The history of Intel dates back to 1968 when Bob Noyce and Gordon Moore founded Intel. They previously had worked at Fairchild Semiconductor; their new venture was first called NM Electronics. Purchasing rights to use the name from Intelco, the name Intel was born. A timeline and forty years of history in exciting exhibits and Intel products and will come alive before your eyes.
